立体定向伽玛射线治疗后肝癌患者血清端粒酶逆转录酶 mRNA水平研究

摘要：

目的：探讨肝癌患者立体定向伽玛射线治疗术后血清端粒酶逆转录酶 mRNA水平变化。方法：应用实时荧光定量PCR技术测量35例肝细胞癌患者立体定向伽玛射线术前和术后1d，3d，9d，15d和30d的血清端粒酶逆转录酶 mRNA水平。结果：立体定向伽玛射线术后hTERT mRNA水平短暂升高后迅速下降，15d后明显低于术前，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.001)。结论血清hTERT mRNA水平检测有助于肝细胞癌患者伽玛刀治疗的疗效观察。

Objective To investigate the serum human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT) mRNA level of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients treated by stereotactic gamma-ray body radiation therapy ( γ-SBRT ). Methods The serum hTERT mRNA levels of 35 HCC cases were measured in γ-SBRT preoperative and postoperative 1d, 3d, 9d, 15d and 30d by real-time quantitative PCR. Results The Serum hTERT mRNA level was declined rapidly after a transient increase and lower than preoperative level significantly(p<0.001). Conclusions The detection of Serum hTERT mRNA level was conducive to treatment efficacy observation ofγ-SBRT postoperative HCC patients.
