Methods: choose 60 receiving in our example, patients with lumbar disc prolapse，Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, Observation group used on the basis of conventional nursing guidance, psychological nursing for patients with personalized service, and take general conservative treatment, Control group routine nursing in combination with general conservative treatment , after two months to evaluate clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, Results: after two months of clinical intervention, clinical therapeutic effect of experimental group patients was obviously higher than that of control group, compared the significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: the individualized nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient's treatment adherence, and improve the clinical treatment effect and is worth popularizing widely use.
