Objective:To explore correlation between anti Dsg antibody and disease phenotype, severity or activity. Method: we selected 49 cases of patients with pemphigus treated in our hospital between January ,2010 to January 2012. Dsg types and its subtypes and its titer between active and stable stages were determinated and compared. at the same time different antibody titers and their correlation with disease severity were also done so.Results:Dsg1, Dsg3 antibody positive rates of PV patients during active stages were respectively 52.5%, 60%.that of during stable stages were respectively 44.4%, 22.2%, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 );anti Dsg1 antibody positive rate of PE patients during active stages was 27.5%, Dsg3’s antibody wasn’t positive.at the same time there were statistical differences compared different disease period( P<0.05 two );with disease condition’s seriousness, two antibody titers of patients during active phase were increased significantly ( P<0.05 ); two serum antibody subtype IgG4 titer of patients during active phase were significantly higher than IgG1;but two antibody subtype IgG4 titers decreased significantly during stable stages, and much lower than that of IgG1( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: obvious correlation exists between serum anti Dsg antibody and disease phenotype, severity or activity in patients with pemphigus, determination of their exition and titer have important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
