Abstract: Objective: To analyze the Effect of Health education on patients with immediate loading of implant restoration maxillary edentulous. Methods: In the Court received immediate loading maxillary edentulous implant patients as research subjects, were given routine nursing care and targeted health education, two groups were compared denture implant-related knowledge about the extent of denture implant satisfaction case difference. Results: observation group 1 year, 2 years, 3 years of alveolar bone absorption (0.43±0.07、0.57±0.12、0.78±0.15) were significantly less than the control group (P < 0.05); Denture planting knowledge complete control rate (83.33%), beautiful, speech, chewing, strong, comfortable satisfaction (88.89%, 97.22%, 86.11%, 91.67%, 94.44%) were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions: Health teaching auxiliary immediate loading can reduce alveolar bone bone absorption, improve the quality of denture, denture knowledge, treatment satisfaction. |
