Abstract: Objective To observe the clinic effect and method of phacoemulsification surgical treatment of cataract and the change of the corneal curvature and the corneal astigmatism . Methods A retrospect to be given to the 272 eyes of this operation . Analyze the fitness , clinic effect and complication of the operation. Results The eyesight of 262 eyes were 0.5 or above 0.5 at 3 month. The eyesight above 0.05 made up 100%.Postoperative examinations at 1 week,1 month,and 3 month,the difference of changes in the corneal curvature and the corneal astigmatism were not significant between before and after the surgery (P>0.05).Conclusions Phacoemulsification surgery and IOL implantation was a effective and safety way to cure cataract .
