成年人腰臀比与人体反应速度的相关性分析

摘要：

目的：探讨腰臀比（WHR）与人体反应速度的相关性。方法：对8630例健康体检资料进行分析，对WHR和反应时进行相关性检验和线性回归分析。结果：成年男性与女性的WHR分别为(0.89±0.05)、(0.87±0.05)；反应时分别为(0.45±0.05)秒、(0.46±0.05)秒；无论男女，WHR与反应时均具有相关性(r=0.071、1.003，P＜0.05)。对于WHR超标的男性和女性，反应速度与WHR的直线回归方程分别为：Y=0.3807+0.075x 、Y=0.3209+0.1569x。结论：WHR与反应速度具有一定相关性。男女WHR每超标0.1，反应时分别会增加0.0075秒、0.0157秒。WHR超标会导致身体素质下降，要预防WHR超标。

Objective: Explore the relationgship of WHR and human reaction speed. Methods: Analyze the 8630 cases of healthy information, make correlation test and linear regression analysis of WHR and reaction time. Results: Adult male and female WHR is (0.89±0.05)、(0.87±0.05)respectively;reacting time is (0.45±0.05)seconds、(0.46±0.05) seconds respectively;No matter men or women,WHR and reacting time correlates significantly(P＜0.05). Linear regression equation of male and female WHR exceeded with speed of response is Y=0.3807+0.075x、Y=0.3209+0.1569x respectively.Conclusion: WHR is related to reaction speed.For men or women,WHR exceeding 0.1,reacting time will increase 0.0075 seconds、0.0157 seconds.Exceeded WHR will lead to physical decline.
