【Abstract】 Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to study the clinical effect of thoracoscopic lobectomy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Clinical data of patients underwent lobectomy for non-small cell lung cancer at our hospital 2008 to 2011 was retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups by the surgical method,Group A: thoracotomy,Group B: Thoracoscope. Results A total of 384 patients were analysed,there were no significant difference in time of operation, the number of lymph node dissection in the two groups.The intraoperatve blooding, postoperative thoracic drainage, the time of extracting drainage tube and postoperative hospital stay were all less in group B than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Thoracoscopic lobectomy is a safe and effect surgical method for patients with non-small cell lung cancer. |
