363例代谢综合征患者的尿液糖代谢产物分析

摘要:

目的:研究MS的尿液糖代谢成分,为MS的临床诊治提供客观依据。方法:用GC-MS对尿样中糖类成分进行定性和半定量分析。结果:从363例MS患者尿液中鉴定出10个糖类相关成分,按照意义大小排列依次为: C41、C42、Xyl、Ara、inoC、inoD、Man、inoA、Tall、Glc。其中C41、C42、Ara、Xyl、Tall、Man、inoA和inoD成分与MS患者血糖控制情况不相关,Glc成分与MS患者的血糖控制情况相关,inoC成分与MS患者的血糖控制情况可能相关。结论:MS患者尿液中存在糖代谢紊乱,测定尿液Glc含量或许可以作为判断血糖控制情况的指标,inoC可能可以作为补充指标。值得进一步深入研究。

Objective Studying urine sugar metabolic components of MS to provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of MS. Methods Analyzed by GC-MS qualitatively and quantitatively on the carbohydrate components in urine. Results From the urine of 363 patients with MS were identified from the 10 carbohydrate composition, According to the significance of the size in the order: C41、C42、Xyl、Ara、inoC、inoD、Man、inoA、Tall、Glc. It’s no relation between C41、C42、Ara、Xyl、Tall、Man、inoA and inoD components and glycemic control in patients with MS. The elements Glc and inoC may be related to glycemic control in patients with MS. Conclusion There is disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism in urine of patients with MS. Determination of urine Glc content may be the judge glycemic control index, inoC may be used as supplementary indexes , It is worth further study.
