Abstract Objective: To discuss the occurrence condition of arrhythmias after ventricular septal defect open patch. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 120 cases of ventricular septal defect surgery in our hospital in the past five months, the patients were regularly sent into the intensive care unit after open heart repair, standard ECG was regularly improved after surgery to understand the incidence and prognosis of arrhythmias. Results: 59 cases had postoperative arrhythmia and mainly belonged to incomplete right bundle branch block, accounting for 49.17%. Discussion: arrhythmias after ventricular septal defect patch surgery are often greatly associated with the defect parts, CPB time, cardiac resuscitation situations, acid-base balance and electrolyte imbalance and hemodynamic stability |
