Objective: To observe the effects of connective tissue growth factor peptide(P1c) on the blood conglomeration parameters in rats. Methods: P1c was injected via the femoral vein of rats at the dose of 2,4,and 8 mg•kg-1 for five days. The serum level of prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),fibrinogen (FIB) and thrombin time (TT) were measured. Results: The positive heparin groups showed significant difference as compared with the normal saline groups(p<0.05).While no significant difference was noted between the groups of low middle and high dose of P1c and the normal saline groups(p>0.05). Conclusion: P1c has no side effect on coagulation system. |
