Objective: To explore the relationship between the glycated hemoglobin control and the status of diabetic education of diabetic patients. Method: We collected 400 cases of diabetic patients from January 2012 to June 2012 in our hospital by cross-sectional survey, to investigate the patient's general information, glycosylated hemoglobin control, diabetes knowledge and self-management skills. Result: Diabetic glycosylated hemoglobin control rate was 27.5%. low awareness of basic knowledge of diabetes, diet, regular exercise, prescribed medicine, regular monitoring of the proportion of patients were 34.3%, 35.0%, 46.3%, 25.3%. Conclusion: Current status of glycosylated hemoglobin control and diabetes education is not optimistic, we need to strengthen the diabetic education to improve patients' diabetic knowledge and awareness, and enhance self-management awareness. Diabetic education had a long way to go. |
