[ Abstract] Objective:To investigate the changes of T cell subsets in peripheral blood in patients with ankylosing and its significance. Methods: Peripheral blood T cell subsets were detected by 3-colour flow cytometry in 32 patients (AS group) and 30 healthy subjects (control group). The results were analyzed statistically. Results: (1) The percentage of Th1 cell in peripheral blood and ratio of Th1/Th2 were higher in patients with AS than that of control group ,there was significant difference(P<0.05), the percentage of Th cell and Th2 cell were compared with the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05);(2)The percentage of Tc cell was significantly higher than that of control group, there was significant difference(P<0.05), the percentage of Tc1 cell was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), the percentage of Tc2 cell was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: There exists Th1/Th2 and Tc1/tc2 cell subsets disequilibrium in patients with AS.There might be immune function disorder in patients with AS. |
