强直性脊柱炎患者外周血T细胞亚群的分析

[摘要] 目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者外周血中T细胞亚群的变化及其意义。方法：采用三色流式细胞分析法(FCM)检测32例AS患者及30例健康对照的外周血T细胞亚群水平。结果：(1) AS患者外周血Th1细胞(CD3+CD4+IFN-γ+)百分率及 Th1/Th2比值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Th细胞(CD3+CD4+)、Th2细胞(CD3+CD4+IL-4)的百分率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；(2) Tc细胞(CD3+CD8+)百分率显著升高(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Tc1细胞(CD3+CD8+IFN-γ+)百分率显著降低(P<0.05)，Tc2细胞(CD3+CD8+IL-4)百分率无显著性差异。结论：AS患者外周血Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2比例失衡，AS患者存在细胞免疫功能紊乱。

[ Abstract] Objective：To investigate the changes of T cell subsets in peripheral blood in patients with ankylosing and its significance.Methods： Peripheral blood T cell subsets were detected by 3-colour flow cytometry in 32 patients (AS group) and 30 healthy subjects (control group). The results were analyzed statistically.Results: (1) The percentage of Th1 cell in peripheral blood and ratio of Th1/Th2 were higher in patients with AS than that of control group ,there was significant difference(P<0.05), the percentage of Th cell and Th2 cell were compared with the control group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05)；(2)The percentage of Tc cell was significantly higher than that of control group, there was significant difference(P<0.05), the percentage of Tc1 cell was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), the percentage of Tc2 cell was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: There exists Th1/Th2 and Tc1/tc2 cell subsets disequilibrium in patients with AS.There might be immune function disorder in patients with AS.
