【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application in our hospital in recent three years of thorax low dose CT scan examination examination results, preliminary discuss this method in chest examination in the necessity and rationality. Method to my courtyard checks the body of 5103 lines of thorax low dose CT scanning, scan conditions for 120Kv, 50mA, thickness 1.25mm, pitch 1.375, conventional 5mm thick, 5mm interval reconstruction, scanning range from thoracic entrance 30mm to the plane of the kidney, after the scan in addition to conventional image reconstruction, the other with high resolution reconstruction, lesions with image processing and analysis software. Results: 5103 people, were found in the client's chest and the surrounding organs include abnormal 3280 people (many of them more than a kind of pathological changes), the chest (including the lungs, tracheal bronchus, mediastinum, aorta, coronary artery and heart, frame, pleura, thoracic vertebra, breast) lesions in 3006 cases, and the adjacent organs (including cervical vertebra, thyroid, stomach, liver, bravery, kidney, adrenal) lesions in 520 cases. Conclusion: Thorax low dose scan can be found not only lung lesions, for the adjacent organ lesions found or display is superior to other imaging examination, and complement each other and confirm, this method can also be used as a pulmonary nodule or ground glass density lesions were observed according to ratio. As a physical examination, Thorax low dose scan can be found not only lung lesions, for the adjacent organ lesions found is a safe, reliable and reasonable necessary inspection method, consistent with the radiographic examination of legitimation principles.
