[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of health service station model in management of residents with dyslipidemia in community. Methods 582 residents with dyslipidemia were diveded into intervention group and control group randomly. Healthy lifestyle were conducted in intervention group for a periof of 15 months. The contents of evaluation included change of lifestyle and clinical index, awareness, treatment, control rate of chronic desease. Results In comparision of control group, the numbers of people practing health behavior and imrpoving awareness of health knowledge increased significantly, while the numbers of people with unhealthy habits such as unreasonable diet ,smoking and drinking decreased obviously in intervention group after receiving health management (p<0.05). after health management, the body mass index(BMI), serum lipids, blood sugar,blood pressure in intervention group were lower than before intervention. the treatment and control rate of hypertention, diabetes mellitus,hyperlipidemia was higher in intervention group than that of before intervention(p<0.05). Conclusion Improvement of awareness,treatment and control rate of chronic disease, alteration of unhealthy lifestyle, normalization of clinical index can be achieved by health service station management model with adoption of complex measures such as health education,exercise,TCM, therapeutic lifestyle intervention. It Is worth popularizing in grass-roots community health service stations. |
