【Abstract】Objective To investigate the puerperium community continue nursing service demand and implementation strategy.Methods One hundred pregnant women in our obstetrical department in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012 were surveyed by puerperal women continuity care needs questionnaire,then we proposed individualization and evidence-based health education countermeasures according to the puerperal women continuity care needs questionnaire results.Results Puerperal women had different psychological need community continue nursing service,the vast majority of puerperal women worry most about their own and infant health problems and need professional personnel to provide puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge.Conclusion Maternal needed puerperium continuity care,especially needed professional personnel to provide puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge,we must strengthen the puerperium nursery knowledge and self care knowledge propaganda and education and guidance in order to meet the needs of women.
