[abstract] Objective: to study the anatomic plate internal fixation treatment of proximal humeral fractures surgical method and clinical experience. Methods: a retrospective analysis from January 2009 to June 2012 we received, proximal humeral fractures treated 30 cases of patients, all patients were using anatomic plate internal fixation treatment. Results: followed up for 3 ~ 11 months, an average of 9.5 months, uses Neer classification: optimal 19 cases, good 7 cases, general 3 cases, bad 1 case, The excellent rate was 86.7 ﹪. Conclusions: anatomic locking plate treatment of proximal humeral fractures with small trauma, less disruptive to fixed stability, blood supply, high fracture healing rate, less complications, especially applicable to proximal humeral comminuted fracture and osteoporosis fracture. |
