Objective Analyse the results of the evaluation of nursing students in graduation practice stage to surgical clinical teaching teachers and explore how to do the surgical clinical nursing teaching work . Methods Give out clinical teaching teachers evaluation scales to the nursing students in surgical graduation practice stage in our hospital. Take back 195 effective scales. Generalize and Analyse the situation of the evaluation using SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results In the three aspects of surgical clinical teaching teachers, the most need to improve is teaching method.In the teaching method ,the lowest is to train the students' creative thinking ,the second is to make the focal points stand out and the difficulty explaining thoroughly . In the comprehensive ability, the most need to improve is the combination of books and practice . In the quality, the lowest is people first and strong teaching concept. Conclusion Pay attention to the evaluation of nursing students in graduation practice stage to surgical clinical teaching teachers. Strengthen continuing education and training of surgical clinical teaching teachers. Constantly explore and continue to improve the surgical clinical nursing teaching work .
