Objective: to explore the influences of structured psychological nursing on negative psychological status and coping ability of the bronchus asthma patients. Methods: 98 bronchial asthma patients were divided into two groups, namely the testing group and the control group, the control group gived conventional nursing, the testing group conventional nursing and structured psychological nursing, applying Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)、Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) to assess anxiety、depression and coping ability of these patients before and two weeks after intervention. Results: the SAS score、 SDS score and coping ability between the two groups of patients are not significant at the time of admission (P>0.05), the SAS score、SDS score、coping ability between the two groups of patients are obvious significant two weeks later (P<0.01). Conclusions: structured psychological nursing can ameliorate asthma patients' emotions, improve the patients' coping ability, promote the recovery of patients. |
