【Abstract】 Objective: To Evaluate of intravenous subtraction 3D CE-MRV in intracranial venous sinus display application value. Method: In 22 patients with 3.0T superconductive MRI brain 2D-TOF MRV and intravenous subtraction 3D CE-MRV, by two radiologists department deputy chief physician evaluation of intravenous subtraction 3D CE-MRV on sinus anatomy and lesions display capability, as well as with 2D-TOF MRV differences. Results: In 7 patients with 2D-TOF and venous MRV subtraction 3D CE-MRV showed intracranial venous sinus of the normal anatomy and morphology of signal line; 1 patients intravenous subtraction 3D CE-MRV showed intracranial venous sinus signal is poor, 2D-TOF MRV the sinus show good; 14 cases of patients with 2D-TOF MRV sinus signal high low uniformity, confounding, interrupt, luminal stenosis, intravenous subtraction 3D displayed on the CE-MRV sinus signal is normal, discovery of sinus variability, venous sinus thrombosis. Conclusion: 2D-TOF MRV without injection of contrast agent, is currently showing intracranial venous preferred method, intravenous subtraction 3D CE-MRV on normal sinus anatomic structure of the display, and the lesion was found superior to the 2D-TOF MRV, has the important value, as important supplement of 2D-TOF MRV. |
