Objective：To investigate the antibacterial application situation in Sterile Operation before and after special rectification activities of antibiotics clinic use. Methods：240 surgical records were randomly selected each from January to May in 2011 and 2012.The rationality of prophylactic application of antibacterials in sterile operation was compared between the two groups. Results: Compared before and after special rectification activities of antibiotics clinic use，The average antibacterial expenses decreased by 26%.The percentage of antibacterial prophyl acticuse decreased from 95.42% to 55.42%.Using antibacterials in 0.5-2 h before operation went up from 7.86% to 90.98%. Prevention of medication time within 24 hours went up from 0.43% to 31.58%. The antibacterial categories ranged from to quinolones antibacterial drug use mainly to the generation of cephalosporins mainly.Conclnsion: The special rectification activities of antibiotics is feasible and valid to promote rational use of antibacterials in sterile operation,But still need to strengthen the intervention management.
