Objective: To explore the effects of psychological nursing on treatment compliance and lung function of the bronchial asthma patients. Methods: 112 asthma patients were divided into the control group and the testing group, the control group gived general nursing, the testing group gived general nursing and psychological nursing, compared the referral rate、medication、pulmonary functions of the two groups after the intervention 3 months. Results : before the intervention, the pulmonary functionn of the two groups had no statistical significance ( P > 0.05 ),after the intervention 3 months, the referral rate, medication, the lung function of the two groups were significantly different ( P＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion: the referral rate of the patients after psychological nursing was high, the long-term medication compliance high, the pulmonary functions in good condition.
