[Abstract]Objective:Patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease with cardiac dysfunction were treated by felodipine to study the treatment effect.Methods: 108 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with cardiac insufficiency in our hospital were divided into 2 groups, control group of 40 patients treated with conventional therapy,and observation group of 68 cases treated with felodipine on the basis of conventional therapy.hemodynamic and arterial blood gas indicators and clinical efficacy were analysed before and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:16 (40.0%) cases were markedly effective,and 25 (62.5%) cases were total effective in control group, 43 (63.2%) cases were markedly,60 (88.2%) cases were total effective in the observer group.After treatment,there were significant about markedly effective and total effictive rate (χ 2 = 0.019,0.002, P<0.05);After treatment, heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure, stroke volume, cardiac output and ejection fraction increase in two groups,but hemodynamic changes are more obvious in the observation group (P<0.05);After treatment,the arterial oxygen tension increased,and carbon dioxide partial pressure decreased in the two groups.Conclusion:Felodipine has well effects for chronic pulmonary heart disease with cardiac insufficiency,and less side effects,is worthy of clinical application.
