[Abstract] objective：To study the effect of psychiatric patients with Antipsychotic drugs on ECG changes．Method: Collect detailed medical history data, complete physical examination and the ECG examination of psychiatric patients group，then group analysis for the influence factors. Results：The abnormal ECG incidence rate was 20.8% in 408 patients，there were no significant differences on diferent psychotic disorders（P＞0.05）.The older the patient, the longer the course of disease the more physical disease; use of typical antipsychotics and the combined treatment group and the greater the dose of antipsychotic drugs, the more abnormal ECG（P＜0.01）. Conclusion：It has the influence on the cardiovascular system to take the antipsychotic drugs. the monitoring should be strenthen for the heart illness patients．
