Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression of VEGF-C、D and LMVD of different area in invasive ductal breast carcinoma. Methods: Staining by the streptavidin - biotin peroxidase (SP), VEGF-C、D protein and micro-lymphatic marked by D2.40 were expressed from the tissue around tumor , the central breast tumor tissue and normal breast from 79 cases of breast cancer, and analysed the relationship between them. Results: Each group compared with pairwise analysis (VEGF-C:- group,+ group,++ group,+++ group) from LMVD around cancer (LSD method): among every group P<0.05. Positive correlation between VEGF-C and LMVD(r=0.721, P=6.44×10-14,P <0.01)according to Spearman analysis. Each group compared with pairwise analysis (VEGF-D:- group,+ group,++ group,+++ group,++++ group) from LMVD around cancer (LSD method): among every group (P<0.05). Positive correlation between VEGF-D and LMVD(r=0.828, P=4.50×10-21,P <0.01) according to Spearman analysis. Conclusion: VEGF-C、D were positively correlated with LMVD around breast cancer . Having superimposed effect the VEGF-C、D increased the LMVD around breast cancer . |
