Nine cases of cesarean scar pregnancy clinical analysis Abstract:Objective:To clarify the Pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment in cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods:Retrospective analysis the different treatment modalities and outcome of 9 cesarean scar pregnancy cases.Results:There were five cases of successful use of vascular embolization in eight cases of early-midterm cesarean scar pregnancy patients,while three cases were failed to use MTX intramuscular chemotherapy turn to abdominal hysterectomy scar excision.One case of patients with late pregnancy due to antepartum hemorrhage underwent emergency cesarean section,while heavy bleeding and shock to hysterectomy during the surgical procedure, but mother and newborn were saved successfully, with no deaths.Conclusions: Vascular interventional perfusion MTX gelatin sponge embolization as a premier treatment in uterine scar pregnancy early-midterm pregnant women.Uterine curettage debridement is not necessary.MTX intramuscular chemotherapy is not satisfied,while surgery is direct and immediately.Must be based on the actual situation of the patients to early diagnosis and timely termination of pregnancy.Reasonable choice of treatment, to avoid to late pregnancy bleeding, and even the possibility of hysterectomy loss of fertility and life-threatening. |
