浅析右侧房室旁路射频消融术后复发原因

摘要：

目的：分析右侧房室旁路射频消融术后复发的原因，探讨如何提高右侧房室旁路射频消融术的成功率。方法：回顾性分析382例行射频消融术治疗房室旁路患者的临床资料。结果：通过3～24个月的随访，右侧房室旁路的复发率(10/68例，14.71%)明显高于左侧(9/324例，2.78%)，P <0.01。结论：右侧房室旁路射频消融术后复发率高与其解剖部位、定位标测不准确、消融导管的稳定性、旁路阻断时间有关。

Aim:To analyze the factors for recurrence of right atrioventricular accessory pathway after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) in order to elevate the profitable effects on RFCA.METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed the clinic features of patients who were cured by RFCA with atrioventricular accessory pathway. RESULTS:During 3 to 24 months′follow-up ,recurrences were found in 10 cases. The recurrent rate of right atrioventricular accessory pathway among 68 patients was 14.71% . CONCLUSION: The high recurrence in the patients with right atriovent- ricular accessory pathway after RFCA is related to the anatomical position, difficult to get to the target sites, catheter stability and immediate success time.
