objective To investigate the nurse psychological status under violence experience in AIDS ward and get the method comforting the nurse’ physical and mental. Methods using qualitative research method of the phenomenology, the material on 9 nurse violence experiences which got through depth interview were analysis and sorted. Result under violence experience, all nurses in AIDS ward could appear bad stress emotional reaction and bad behavior. Conclusion nursing managers should pay attention to have continuous humanistic care, and take measures to prevent and intervention violence and psychological damage in AIDS ward.
