老年2型糖尿病血清基质金属蛋白酶-9与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性

摘要：

目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）与老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）的相关性。方法老年T2DM患者66例，根据IMT分为3组：单纯DM组18例，IMT增厚组23例，AS斑块组25例。老年对照组20例。测定血清MMP-9。结果单纯DM组血清MMP-9的水平（576.43±257.93）μg/L显著高于健康对照组（387.70±243.71）μg/L（P<0.05）；IMT增厚组（694.58±315.26）μg/L和颈AS斑块组（882.74±286.44）μg/L明显高于健康对照组和单纯DM组（P<0.05）。结论血清MMP-9升高与老年T2DM患者颈AS的病变程度密切相关。

Objective To investigated the association of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM）．Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with T2DM were recruited．These patients were further divided into 3 groups according to IMT．18 cases of DM group，23 cases of incrassation group and 25 cases of plaque group．20 elderly healthy controls were selected . Serum level of MMP-9 were determined．Results The serum MMP-9 in diabetic patients of DM group（576.43±257.93）μg/L were higher than that in healthy controls（387.70±243.71）μg/L（P<0.05）．The diabetic patients of incrassation group（694.58±315.26）μg/L and plaque group（882.74±286.44）μg/L were higher than that in DM group and healthy controls（P<0.05）．Conclusion The severity of carotid atherosclerosis（AS） in elderly patients with T2DM is closely associated with the increase of serum MMP-9．
