Objective: To explore the influence of mental intervention on alopecia areata. Methods: Eighty-six cases of alopecia areata were randomly divided into mental intervention group (43 cases) and conventional therapy group (43 cases).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after 3 months. Use the symptom check 1ist(SCL一90) to examine the mental health of patients before and after treatment and compared. Results: The curative rates and the total efficacy rates were 48.84% and 79.07% in the mental intervention group,30.23% and 53.49% in the control group. The treatment effect of mental intervention group were better than that of control group ( P<0.05). The patients’SCL一90 scores of the both groups were decreased after treatment , and the result of mental intervention group is more significant than control group. Conclusion: Mental intervention can enhance the clinical effects in the treatment of alopecia areata. |
