【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intrarenal Resistive Index after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy with SUISHIBAO. Methods 98 patients of kidney or upper ureteral stone were divided into 4 groups .Intrarenal Resistive Index were collected at times before ESWL，24h after ESWL,7 days and 14 days later. Result Intrarenal Resistive Index declined in SUISHIBAO and Amlodipine Besylate groups，but hoisted in, Control and Paishikeli groups. Conclusion SUISHIBAO and Amlodipine Besylate can decline the Intrarenal Resistive Index or prevent it from being higher.
