Objective To observe the effectiveness of treatment on end-stage renal disease anemia with hemoperfusion (HP) combined with hemodialysis (HD). Method 40 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected, and divided into treatment group (HD+HP group, n=20) and control group (HD group, n=20) randomly. Blood routine index, hs-CRP and i-PTH were measured and compared before and after course of treatment. Result The levels of Hb, Hct, SF in HD+HP group were significantly higher than HD group (P<0.05), hs-CRP and i-PTH were disposalled better in HD+HP group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion HP combined with HD could ameliorate the anemia in ESRD patients more effectively.
