Abstract:Objective:To discuss the relationship between temporary adverse reactions caused by Aclasta (intravenous injection) treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis and nursing intervention. Methods: We collected adverse reactions caused by Aclasta (intravenous injection) treatment for Patients with osteoporosis in two stages, and analyzed the correlation between prophylaxis and nursing intervention and adverse reactions. Results: The incidence of adverse reaction caused by Aclasta has been obviously reduced by prophylaxis and nursing intervention, and the difference is statistical significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The temporary adverse reaction caused by Aclasta treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis can be prevented and controlled by prophylaxis and nursing intervention. |
