Objective To establish the calibration and comparative test system of different hematology analyzers by comparative tests in the same laboratory. Methods Do precision testing of each instrument,select a reference instrument and the other two to compare.Correcting the unacceptable instrument parameters.Then made the deviations with the IQC targets and do IQC everyday. Results Each instrument and precision are accepted,but 8 difference percentage exceeded the acceptable limit in the comparison tests.After calibration,the IQC means and coefficients of variation were in allowable error. Conclusion When the same laboratory use many sets of hematology analyzer, should be regularly compared, establish a complete comparative and calibration system, can improve the accuracy and uniformity of results of the hematology analyzers.
