Abstract Ventricular tachycardia is the common clinical cardiovascular emergency case,so Identification of ventricular tachycardia represents a hot spot in electrocardio- graphy. To make a diagnosis of ventricular tachycardia promptly and accurately is considered the important clinical significant in guiding therapeutics and the judgment of prognosis. This paper reviews the surface electrocardiogram clues of ventricular tachycardia, and carries on the analysis, to expect to its diagnosis and differential diagnosis of a comprehensive understanding.
