Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Holter monitoring for coronary heart disease (CHD) patients. Method To retrospectively analyze the change of myocardial ischemia in Holter monitoring of 176 patients with masculine coronary angiography. Results 75.6% of the detect of Holter monitoring in the 176 patients were positive. the positive rate of single-vessle,double-vessle and multi-vessle CHD group were 90.2%, 73.7% and 68.4% respectively. The depression range ,duration and frequency of ST-Segment of Holter monitoring increased remarkably along with more vessel lesion of coronary artery. Conclusion Holter monitoring is a perfect non-invasive diagnostic method for CHD, especially for the CHD patients with double-vessle or more-vessle lesion of coronary artery.
