【Abstract】 Objective Understanding of nearly seven years of legal infectious diseases syphilis, gonorrhea, AIDS / HIV positive cases the situation in Longsheng county of the northern part of Guangxi and to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and to provide information for developing public health intervention. Methods Data about syphilis, gonorrhea, AIDS / HIV patients with were collected using Excel software for statistical analysis from 2004 to 2010.Results This county's total population is over 170,000 and nearly seven years, a total of 1146 cases of gonorrhea, syphilis, AIDS / HIV were reported with an incidence rate of 9.51 per 10000 population, the men cases more than women, 368 cases of gonorrhea, 646 cases of syphilis, 35 cases of AIDS (10 cases died ), HIV-positive 97 cases (22 cases died). The disease-prone in the 15-44 age group, 68.32% of total incidence. Incidence of farmers account for 61.78%. The Syphilis, AIDS / HIV cases in recent years was gradually parallel to rise significantly. Conclusion The syphilis, AIDS / HIV positive cases has increased its total control task remains difficult in this county.
