Internal market management originated from enterprise. Public hospitals faced increasingly fierce market competition under the new medical reform. They could reduce costs, increase efficiency and accelerate competitiveness through internal market management. In this article, based on those problems currently existing in public hospitals about hospital operation, department development and human resource management, author has advanced a new mode of internal market management.
