摘要：

目的:探讨微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗重复肾肾结石的安全性及有效性。方法:回顾性分析接受微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的重复肾肾结石患者11例的临床资料。结果:11例患者中,均行一期单通道穿刺取石。1 次治疗清石率(KUB 残留碎石<2mm) 为100% 。结论:掌握合适的手术适应症及穿刺部位，微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术是较好的治疗重复肾肾结石的手段

Objective ：To assess the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mPCNL) with ureteroscopic holmimium:YAG laser lithotripsy in duplex kidney calculi. Methods : A restrospective investigation was going on 11 cases suffering from duplex kidney calculi, who were treated with mPCNL with ureteroscopic holmimium:YAG laser lithotripsy from November 2005 to June 2010.Results : Of 11 cases, the stone- free rate was 100% after the first session. Conclusion ：The MPCNL with holmium laser is an effective and safe technique for duplex renal calculi , and has the advantages of minimally invasion and low rate of complication.
