Objective To observe the acute and long term effects of the treatment of asthma for children according to the guidelines.Methods 40 children with acute attack of athma treated according the guidelines in the acute phase and further given atomized inhalation of budesonide/or tubertaline after acute attack were observed and 2 years of follow-up was done for all the children.Results:All the children were well controlled in the acute phase and 2 years follow-up showed a good results.Conclusion: It's easy and safe to treat acute attack of asthma of children according the Guideline for the diagnosis and optimal management of asthma in children.
