ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To assess the effect of three hemostasis applied in coldknifeconization(CKC) including single compression, electric coagulation and injecting Pituitrin. METHODS: From January 2009 to December 2010, 84 consecutive patients with CIN undergoing coldknifeconization was reviewed retrospectively in order to compare blood lose during operation , time length of operation and postoperative complication of three group(Single compression group, Electric coagulation group, and Injecting Pituitrin group).RESULTS: The mean blood lose of Injecting Pituitrin group is significant less than the other two groups(P< 0.05,F=59.72). The mean operation time length of the Injecting Pituitrin group is longer than Single compression group, but shorter than Electric coagulation group(P< 0.05,F=26.00). The rate of postoperative complication in three groups hadn’t showed significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: The hemostasis of injecting Pituitrin. applied in coldknifeconization reduce blood lose of operation, Shortening time length of operation, and at the same time it did not increase the rate of postoperative complication. It's worth promoting such way of doing it. |
