[Abstract] Objective To study the clinicopathological features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of infiltrating urothelial carcinoma of the bladder with glandular differentiation. Methods A retrospective review of the clinical and pathological data was used in 2 cases of the tumor. The literatures were reviewed. Results 2 cases of infiltrating urothelial carcinoma of the bladder with glandular differentiation were males, 60 and 69 years in age respectively without recurrence after tumor resection. The tumors were diameter 2 cm and 3 cm in size, cauliflower_like. Histologically, 2 cases showed presence of urothelial carcinoma and glandular component. Immunohistochemically, the tumors were positive for CKH、CKpan and p63, but negative for PSA、P504S、CgA、Syn and SMA. 60% of tumor cells were positive for Ki-67 and 10% of tumor cells were positive for p53. Conclusion Infiltrating urothelial carcinoma of the bladder with glandular differentiation was rare in clinic, whose diagnosis relying on histopathology. The tumor should be differentiated from other diseases. |
