Abstract:Objective To understand the current status in clinical teaching of college students’ teachers,identify problems and make clinical teaching better. Methods A questionnaire survey was done to teachers and students. We investigated clinical nursing teachers’s teaching ability,personality and interpersonal relationship. Results Teaching behaviors of clinical teachers is better from evaluations themselves(total score 112.14±12.25) and that is medium from students’ evaluations (total score 86.23±24.78). One item is same in five upmost and three items are same in five lowest. The results of the teachers self-evaluations are better than those from the nursing students’(P<0•005). Conclusions There are some inadequates on clinical teaching ability, personality and interpersonal relationship. It is necessary to take some reformation measures to improve the clinical teaching quality . |
