Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of propofol target controlled infusion on stress response during the nasal endoscope operation in fast track aneathesia. Methods60 patients with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱscheduled for the nasal endoscope operation ware randomized divided into two groups: Each group included 30 patients. The operations were all performed under total intravenous anesthesia. GoupA: propofol target controlled infusion for maintenance induction and maintenance. GoupB: propofol bolus by hand for anesthesia induction and injection in constant speed for anesthesia maintenance . Venous blood samples were taken to measure cortisol and blood glucose at three time points: before operation, at 30 min after the operation starting and 60 min after the endotracheal catheter plucked, at the same time wrote down the HR、MAP、and SPO2. Results There was significant difference in MAP、HR、Cor and blood glucose among four groups at three time points (P<0.05). Conclusion Propofol target controlled infusion could depressed the stress response caused by nasal endoscope operation efficiently. Different blood plasm target concentration bring about different inhibition degree. |
