Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of viral hepatitis in Longlin county 2004-2009,so as to provide a scientific base for adopting appropriate measures to prevent and control the infectious diseases. Methods Collectted infectious disease of viral hepatitis information of the County 2004-2009, Used Excel software for statistical analysis. Results 736 cases viral hepatitis reported in the whole County nearly 6 years, population annual incidence rate of 33.11/100,000, the incidence in male was higher than females, and the hepatitis A 127 cases, hepatitis B 503 cases, hepatitis C 45 cases, have not been divided of the hepatitis 60 cases, hepatitis E only discovered 1 case in 2009. Hepatitis high report cases aged 25-34 group. Farmers and students total incidenced 64.54%. Hepatitis cases increasing trend.Conclusion Viral hepatitis prevention mandate remains grim in the county. |
