孕激素诱导阻断因子在反复自然流产患者血清中的表达

摘要：目的通过测定反复自然流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA)患者血清中孕激素诱导阻断因子（Progesterone-induced blocking factor，PIBF）的表达水平，探讨其与RSA的关系和临床意义。方法选择RSA患者56例作为研究组，随机抽取同期的正常健康早孕妇女64例作为对照组，运用酶联免疫吸附法检测(ELISA)检测血清中孕激素诱导阻断因子水平，并进行对比分析。结果 RSA组PIBF水平明显低于正常妊娠组(P<0．05)。结论 PIBF与自然流产的发生有关系，PIBF水平降低可能是引起RSA的发病原因之一。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the expression of progesterone-induced blocking factor（PIBF） in serum of patient with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA)and to study their clinical significance．Methods The PIBF concentrations in serum of 56 RSA patients were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)．64 normal pregnant women in the first trimester who wanted to abort were controls. Results PIBF concentrations in serum of RSA were significantly was lower than those in normal control group (P<0．05)．Conclusion PIBF was related to RSA， The changes obviously decrease of expression of PIBF in serum of RSA group maybe one of the important cause of RSA．
