Abstract: Objects to study the correlation of infants’ HBeAg and mothers’ HBeAg as well as the clearance condition of mother-to-infant’s HBeAg. Methods 98cases of HBsAg mothers who delivered from MAR, 2008 to DEC, 2010 in Nanjing Second Hospital were chosen , of which 27 cases with HBeAg negative and 71 cases with HBeAg positive. 98 cases of corresponding infants are with negative HBVDNA quantity and HBsAg. The correlation of infants’ HBeAg from birth to present and clearance condition should be observed. Results 71 cases of mothers with HBeAg positive gave birth to 65 cases of infants with HBeAg positive, while mothers with HBeAg negative gave birth to the corresponding infants all with HBeAg negative. The average quantity of maternal HBeAg of infant with HBeAg positive at the birth time was 126.78 S/co; at one-month age was14.93 S/co, which declined by 88.22%; at two months’ age was 3.80 S/co, which declined by 74.55% than one-month age and declined by 97.00% than birth time; at seven-month age was 0.59S/co, which declined to negative; the positive correlation of average HBeAg quantity between infants with HBeAg positive at the birth and their mothers were confirmed(R=0.512,F=34.07), P=0.000. Conclusion HBeAg quantity of infants at the birth time which positively correlated to mothers’ HBeAg quantity before delivery was considered to be maternal; it could be cleared quickly, the clearance rate within first month was fast, and it almost cleared up at seven-month age, which accounted for 90.77%(59/65) . |
