应用临床护理路径对老年性痴呆患者实施健康教育

摘要:

目的 探索临床护理路径在对老年性痴呆患者实施健康教育过程中的作用。方法 将52例患者随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组采用临床护理路径实施健康教育,对照组应用传统随时健康教育的方式。结果 比较两组患者出院前的疾病相关知识与相关技能掌握率、患者满意度、患者的遵医行为、跌倒、坠床的发生率等,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 应用临床护理路径对老年性痴呆患者实施健康教育,可有效提高护理质量。

Objective: To study the effect of application of clinical nursing pathway for the implementation of health education in patients with senile dementia Method: 52 patients were randomly divided into study and control groups. Clinical Nursing pathway was used for the implementation of health education in the study group; traditional methods were applied for health education in the control group. Result: The comparison between two groups regarding the rate of the patients’ disease-related knowledge and relevant skills before discharging from the hospital, patients’ satisfaction, patients’ compliance, the incidence of falling such as from the bed was done, and the results show statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing pathway for the implementation of health education in patients with senile dementia can effectively improve the quality of nursing care.
