[Abstract] Objective: Summing up our experience of 127 laparoscopic cholecystectomy . Methods: Retrospective analysis of 127 cases ,including cystic features, surgical methods, postoperative recovery, prognosis and reasons for converting to open Results: Complications including 1 case of accessory hepatic duct injury,3 cases of xiphoid incision infection, four cases of conversion (3.1% ),All pations were cured and discharged. No post-operative deaths. Conclusions: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and reliable, in order to reduce abdominal complications of laparoscopic surgery,and to improve the success rate of surgery, should be put in the selection of cases, preoperative preparation, intraoperative attention indications conversion, drainage placement and bleeding should also be paid attion to.. |
