前列腺良性增生症合并混合痔同期手术治疗的临床观察

摘要：

目的　评价前列腺增生合并混合痔同期行手术治疗的效果与安全性。方法　经尿道双极等离子前列腺切除术(bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate，PKRP)治疗前列腺良性增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia，BPH)，同时行(procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids，PPH)手术治疗混合痔9例。结果　患者均顺利出院，无切口感染和手术死亡病例。随诊6～36个月，痔未复发，排尿，排便通畅，术后最大尿流率﹥15 ml/ s，国际前列腺症状评分0～8分。结论　对前列腺增生合并混合痔患者同期行PKRP手术和PPH手术疗效好，并发症少，恢复快，可一次完成手术，避免了二次手术的痛苦。

【Abstract】 Objective Benign prostatic hyperplasia and mixed hemorrhoid surgery results over the same period. Methods Transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate (PKRP) treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)， also PPH surgical treatment of BPH and 9 cases of mixed hemorrhoid. Results The patients were discharged without surgical incision infections and deaths. Followed up for 6 to 36 months， no hemorrhoid recurrence， postoperative urination， defecation smooth， postoperative peak flow rate> 15 ml / s， the international prostate symptom score from 0 to 8 points. Conclusion Concomitant PKRP surgery and PPH surgery and few complications， fast recovery can be a complete operation， a second operation to avoid the pain.
