125I粒子植入小鼠肝脏对肝纤维化血清指标的影响

摘要：

目的观察125I粒子植入小鼠肝脏后不同剂量对肝纤维化血清指标的影响。方法　50只昆明小鼠随机分为正常对照和不同剂量粒子5组（n=10）， 125I粒子放射性活度依序为0、18.5、37.0和74.0MBq，30天处死，采用ELISA法测定血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PC Ⅲ) 、Ⅳ型胶原( Ⅳ- C) 、透明质酸(HA)和层粘连蛋白(LN)。结果　5组各项指标依序为57.96±11.22 ng/ml、30.69±9.86 ng/ml、170.96±49.21 ng/ml 和75.58±13.47 ng/ml，与正常对照组比较P<0.05，其他各组数值无明显差异。结论　放射性活度等于或小于37MBq时，肝纤维化指标无明显影响，74MBq时会引发各项指标的升高。

Objective　Observed the Effect of liver fibrosis on serum markers after 125I seed implanted into mouse liver by different doses. Methods 50 mice were randomly divided into control and different doses of particles in 5 groups (n = 10).125I particle radioactivity order of 0,18.5,37.0 and 74.0MBq, mice were sacrificed at 30 days. Serum type Ⅲ procollagen (PC Ⅲ), Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ - C), hyaluronic acid (HA) and laminin (LN) were detected by ELISA. Results The 5 groups order of 57.96±11.22ng/ml, 30.69±9.86ng/ml,170.96±49.21ng/ml and 75.58±13.47ng/ml, compared with normal control group P<0.05, other groups no significant difference between values. Conclusions Equal to or less than 37MBq, the liver fibrosis had no significant effect, 74MBq will lead to the rise of the indicators.
