Objective Observed the Effect of liver fibrosis on serum markers after 125I seed implanted into mouse liver by different doses. Methods 50 mice were randomly divided into control and different doses of particles in 5 groups (n = 10).125I particle radioactivity order of 0,18.5,37.0 and 74.0MBq, mice were sacrificed at 30 days. Serum type Ⅲ procollagen (PC Ⅲ), Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ - C), hyaluronic acid (HA) and laminin (LN) were detected by ELISA. Results The 5 groups order of 57.96±11.22ng/ml, 30.69±9.86ng/ml,170.96±49.21ng/ml and 75.58±13.47ng/ml, compared with normal control group P<0.05, other groups no significant difference between values. Conclusions Equal to or less than 37MBq, the liver fibrosis had no significant effect, 74MBq will lead to the rise of the indicators. |
